How do residents submit maintenance requests?
Similarly to paying rent, maintenance requests can be submitted via the Loft Living platform.
Is 24-hour emergency maintenance available? What qualifies as an emergency maintenance request?
Yes, emergency maintenance is available. The following are considered emergency maintenance requests: water leaks, loss of A/C or heat dependent on outside temperature, fire, no water/power, refrigerator not working, toilet not working in a 1bd or both toilets not working in a 2bd.
Is there a technology package at this property?
Yes, our technology package includes internet and around 50 channels. Internet speed is 300 mbps.
Do the apartments have a washer/dryer? If not, is there a laundry service available on site?
Yes, there are washer and dryers in unit.
Is parking available and is it included?
Yes, we have a parking garage that is included - 1 space provided per leaseholder.
Is the community pet friendly?
Yes, this community is pet friendly.
What is the pet policy including fees, restrictions and how many pets are allowed per apartment?
Our community allows no more than 2 pets per home with a pet fee of $350 for the first pet and $600 for two pets. Monthly pet rent of $25. Restricted breeds are Pitbull, Terriers/Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, Presa Canaries, Alaskan Malamutes, Skits, Wolf Hybrids.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, we do not offer furnished apartments.
Is there reserved parking or personal garages available?
We do offer reserved parking spaces in the parking garage starting at $99 a month.
